Currently, we do not offer financing or installment plans. Full payment is required at checkout.

Refund Policy
- Hardware: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Software Licenses: Software licenses are non-refundable.
To request a refund:
- Contact info@track.ai to initiate the process.
- Provide your order details and reason for the return.
- Ship the hardware back to the address provided by our support team.
A 15% restocking fee may apply for returned hardware. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
